Pilates & Preventing Burnout

An evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Pilates session to gently move the body, release tension, and bring you back into yourself. Expect a mindful, grounding flow that focuses on breath, strength, and softness, creating space both physically and mentally.

Following the class, we’ll transition into Thrive: Preventing Burnout, a thoughtful and intimate talk created especially for women who give a lot to their work, families, and communities, often at the expense of themselves.

Blossom, Matcha & Pilates

A soft spring morning designed to celebrate the beauty of cherry blossom season.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Pilates class to awaken the body, lengthen, and gently energise, a mindful flow focused on breath, lightness, and ease.

After class, we’ll slow things down with a matcha moment, giving you time to reset, connect, and soak in the atmosphere. We’ll then head out for a relaxed 30-minute stroll around Notting Hill, taking in the blossom-lined streets and embracing the shift into spring.
